You may need a really tiny brush though to get the corner of your eye one color.

Here are some different designs that can be done in the colors you have.

Don't listen to the answer by Midnight! Blue eyeshadow all over the lid can look messy. Instead apply the blue to your water line or lower lash line so you get that spark of color. Plus, this will look very fresh and flirty! Next apply the white shade to your inner corner and brow bone. Just barely apply the red shadow on the ball of your lid, and maybe mix with a fun bronze. Or, after applying mascara, look upwards and using a Q-Tip dab a little of that red shadow on your lashes.

Be stylish and patriotic on 4th of July! Hope that helped! :)4 july 4 i have red white %26amp; blue eyeshadow but i dont know how 2 decorte my eyes w/ it. any tips/links/pics?
How about using the white on your inner corners of your eye and onto the middle part of your lid.

The red can go on the outer part of your lid.

The blue can go on the creases and the outer crease.

And of course remember to blend it out very well so it doesn't look too bad.

Good luck and Happy 4th of July!

Use the white to highlight your brow bone (right under your eyebrow). Then use the red on your eyelid, especially near the bottom. Use the blue on the crease on your eyelid (if you have one). Otherwise just blend the blue in on the corners of your eyes. It'll look very patriotic!
i would put red on the lid and under then blue on the outer corner going up to the crease and white as a highlight under the brow and in the inner corner of your eye
Use the white in your inner corners and your brow bone, then use the red all over the lid and use an angled brush to line your eye with the blue.
