As a general rule, those with blue eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. Many have found using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.

I think some earth tones, golds and bronzes, also certain hues of orange will make blue eyes stand out.

Brown works well, along with some dark greens and rosey pink. Usually the darker colrs work better with the lighter eye colors.
shimmering green, or shimmering cream colored, or shimmering purple. i would stick with shimmering pastels, they compliment blue eyes really nicely.
