smokey eye

or

natural skin tone color
if you have black eyes any color except blue would work, colors that compliment blue that would look good are golds or bronzed colors, you can also never go wrong with a classic smokey eye
NOT blue!! it looks so tacky when ur clothes match ur eyeshadow perfectly.

try a silver or gold or dark brown.

or instead of eye shadow, choose a colorful eyeliner! like dark navy or dark purple (and chocolate brown eyeshadow or no eyeshadow)
you should never match your eyeshadow to yur dress but stick with what looks best on you.

For you I would either do a classic smokey eye with silvers and blacks if it is an evening thing

or if it is a day thing bronze %26amp; cream shadows with just a hint of a green blue color for fun in the crease between the lid and the area below the brow or you could use a deep green liner if you want to experiment and play with color. (but not a colored shadow and a colored liner together!)

A pale but glossy lip would look nice with either look.
Hi,

for a blue dress go with something like light purple or pink or silver if it is a light blue colour.

If your dress is dark blue wear something like Dark purple or black.

You could wear a white colour even!

Have fun wearing your dress!!
Silver would look good.
id probably go with a smokey eye. if youre uncomfortable with dark makeup though id go with a light neutral eye :)))
Having dark eyes I would go with something in the golden tones.... it will enhance your eyes, and bring light to your face, a glossy lip, and nice smudged eyeliner.

Goldish/metallic tones are great with the blue family. Complement eachother great. Especially when you dont have fair or dark skin, and dark eyes.

Good Luck!
ahhhhh maybe a cream color

please return the favor??
