Blue. Green might look odd with your eyes, browns and greys are likely to make you look like you have a black eye. And pink makes people look like they've got sore, reddened eyes!

natural colours like browns are always good
Well I have brown hair and I like to use purples and browns together and mix them. If you wanted to play up the hair more than the eyes that is what I would do, but if you wanted to play up your blue eyes, I would use some kind of goldish/natural colors. Also, I think that Almay makes these eyeshadow palettes for certain color eyes and what works the best, and they are not expensive and easy to find. Hope this helps!
Soft brown on eyelid and light beige under brow brown.
go for golden tones and define aroung the eyelid with a matching brown. Violet would be really nice too Just keep trying you will get some that suit you.
