Blue eyeshadow?

do you think it depends on the skin color weather you can pull off blue eyeshadow or not? like electric blue?Blue eyeshadow?
i think it depends more on the facial features rather than skin tone, yes i think that if you have a little darker skin tone than it might look better (depending on the blue) but it has more to how your face looks,

No it does not. The only thing it depends on is how good you are at applying makeup and staying within certain ';guidelines';.





Try the electric blue eyeshadow with a matching blue eyeliner on top and bottom, a matte face and neutral matte lips. Use a little mascara unless your eyelashes are already long and full.





Note: Use general rules for applying eyeshadow, so use a lighter blue hue up on top and the darker electric blue on the lid. Add a little white shimmer over it for a very pretty effect.
i think it more depends on the eye color. like if you had blue eyes and tried the electric blue it wouldnt go right. skin color could be a factor. you dont want to try it if you have very fair skin. i think that looks funny. but if you are a dark person it think it will look good!

blue eyshadow according to marie claire is coming back into style but i dont think very many people are going to be brave enough to try it
Try denim blue-I have hazel eyes, but a makeup artist made me up with this and it looked fantastic. Sadly, I can't reproduce it!
