A low-key option would be a light brown eyeshadow with standard black eyeliner. But, if you want to go bolder, try black mascara with a purple liquid eyeliner only on the top and black liner on the bottom. (My fav is a purple wet n' wild brand liner. Browns:


Use a light brown to highlight the top under your eyebrow then go deeper brown as you go (the darkest should be on the eyelid i also add gold shimmers to the eyelid it really highlights!)


Brown/Pink: i do like a mix between brown and pink and it looks reallyyyy good!
well you DEF cannot go wrong with black. it'l make ANY eyes pop. but i would def go with a misty green.





BUT you noe how the color wheel works? the color opposite of blue is orange. and it supposedly works with blue. so i suggest a bright gold eye shadow. never use yellow. yellow was lastyear's spring color.

and may i suggest, dun match ur eye shadow color with teh color of ur outfit, make it a few shades lighter, or darker, havign it to match entirely could look a lil bit dorky. so what i do is buy a seperate pallet, and buy a silverish white color from maybelline or mac, and use that to mix in the actual color pigment, to have it a little bit lighter than what i want. its a nice spring/summer way of showing ur fashion dun you think? =]
Almay has eyeshadow liner and mascara for blue eyes there is three eyeshadows in the kit and its good stuff at a good price. I got the Play Up Blue and Intensify Blue. It really makes the color pop
silvers and blacks, periwinkles and silvers.

Greys, blues (lulz), black (of course), and maybe even purple, if you get the right shade. Certain greens would look nice, too.
Anything eyeshadow thats brown or bronze and gold tones. A combo i use for my eyes which are blue is brown eyeliner on top eye with pink eye shadow
stick to browns for eyeshadows and blacks for eyeliner..





when picking eyeshadow u need to look for colors pretty much the opposite color of ur eyes: brow
