well it depends on what other colors r in ur eyes. u have little tiny specs of other colors in ur eyes. like i have brown eyes with purple specs and so purple looks good on my eyes so if u have like blue specs in ur brown eyes then u will look amazing





but hell even if u don't have blue specs in ur eyes it will still look good lol

Blue is probably one of the best colors for Brown eyes! It really brings them out, if applied correctly. Make sure you don't look like a prostitute, or like someone who can't apply makeup ;]

yeah, i have brown eyes and i always seem to go for blue/green eyeliners, i only have one blue eyeshadow because don't wear them that often, its blue dazzle dust by Barry M in number 80 which looks pretty cool i think.
