Okay i would use a LIGHT like a earthy tone green

ok so i say this all the time because it's the truth and it works with your eyes and your complection. If you are tan or dark colored you should do a light color like a light pink,purple,blue etc. For those girls who have light skin they should try a darker color like a brown, hot pink, night blue etc. For someone like you it would either be in the combinationof a hot pink or a night blue or maybe a little white on the bottom and a brown. for your lips, since you have those full plump lips you might want to use a light pink gloss so that it will give you a shine to your lips that everyone will notice.
I agree you really have beautiful eyes and i would use a light blue to
bring out ur eyes and any light colored eyeshadow colors.
Brown colors for your eye makeup really makes blue eyes pop !
so you can go with soft earthy brown tones, or rich chocolate colors :)
Try a reddish copper or, like the first answer said, a soft earthy green tone.
