for blue eyes you should definitely for a smokey eye look. to do that use a combo of dark earl grey and a nice chocolate brown. use the darker color on the bottom half (brown) and the lighter color (grey) in top. and mix a little, this will give the effect of smokiness and it will emphasize your blue eyes!





another think you should do is a a bronze or gold (perhaps both). the metallics work really well with cool colors such as blue. don't apply a lot so it is opaque. apply it so it is slightly transparent.

Well concerning that the opposite color of blue is orange, to make your eyes pop your should use some orangy eyeshadow. Orange is not really wearable so you can use it with other eyeshadows - such as brown - or you can use colors that contain orange in them - such as red or brown. Other colors that look amazing with blue eyes are grey or sparkly black...
Any earthy kind of colour. Browns and greens, and of course metallic versions (like copper and gold). Teal (that's dark bluey-green) looks great too. Make sure the teal isn't too bluey though, because the blue eyeshadow may cancel out the blue in your eyes and make them more neutral-y.
Shades in the brown, rose and violet families are best. The warm hue of these shades contrasts with the cold tone of your blues to really make them pop. Use a shade that is darker in tone than your eye color to make your baby blues shine

Things with warm tones in them, such as browns and golds. Smoky eyes also look good on people with blue eyes: it makes the blue stand out more.

i have blonde hair and blue eyes and i think earthy colours suit it. Browns, greens and teals. Blue looks nice too :)
