What can I do with blue eyeshadow?
It can definitely be pulled off for an everyday look. If you are into a more subtle look, the easiest thing to do would be to do a neutral shade on the eyelid, and then to do the blue on the outer third of the eyelid and then into the crease, making sure to blend as you go. Also there are some blues out there that do not look garish or gaudy-one example is MAC's Moon's Reflection shadow, which goes well with a lot of different colours.
you can do a crap ton of looks with blue shadow!


depends on what kinds of blue though... and your personal style


you could do a mermaid inspired look


or pretty blue smokey


you could do a neutral eye look, wet the blue shadow and use that as a liner for a pop of color
you can wear it every time you wear blue or white or black, yellow purple i think will look good too, i personally don't match my make up with my cloths!

It would look pretty if you use a thin brush and rim your eyes with it, in the way you would eyeliner.
