You should start with a very thin layer of black or very dark brown right in/along your lashes.. (but making it thicker as you move towards the outside of your eyelid).. .





Then start about half way towards the outside of your eyelid do a very thin layer of light brown/or orange following right along on top of the last layer... blending together..





and then starting about half way again, do a thin layer of a nice orange/or dark yellow, and blend that in..





and then blend a bit of yellow/or light pink, or white on the inside half..





and it always helps to add a bit of foundation to begin with to make your upper eyelids look fresher and more even.. try to match them with the rest of your face.
Copper makes blue eyes sizzle. Also, browns, pinks, golds, purples, and silver/grey tones are great.
DARK COLORS REALLY MAKE BRIGHT EYES STAND OUT ON THE OTHER HAND SUM LIGHT COLORS MAKE UR EYES LOOK INNOCENT AND PURE
golds look amazing and so do browns. also try a deep purple.
