Of course! Just because you have darker pigmented skin doesn't mean you can't look absolutely gorgeous!





Just remember, you have to use the white eyeshadow lightly, so it looks like it's highlighting whatever colored eyes that you have. That goes with any skin color. A lot of girls wear white eyeshadow and it looks TERRIBLE. You have to learn how to work it.





The light blue should blend with the black, but not too blended or it'll look a little muddy.





Youtube makeup gurus have a lot of looks that are black, light blue, and white.

Really depends on your skins undertones. Dark skin varies, just like fair skin. If you have dark skin with golden undertones you will probably look best in peaches, golds, and brown eyeshadows. If you have cool undertones, the black blue and white will probably look great if it's done right :)
Dark skinned women look best in shimmery golds, bronzes, browns, and neutrals (I think). Black, blue, and white are all more cool tones and most darker skin tones are warm. But wear whatever you want - if YOU like how it looks, go for it!
Personally I think white looks the best when it's on darker skinned girls :P
