Blue eyeshadow is a bad idea.I have blue eyes too.I go with light pinks and browns with a shimmer.But it depends on your skin tone.No matter what your skin tone is do not go with blue.

By changing colors I am assuming you mean that your eyes are a mix of two colors (probably blue and green) and that depending on what you wear they look different colors.


If you're trying to bring out the blue then I would go with either peachy or brown colors. The blue color will stand out more with those colors.
i think ... lilac pink or base colours .. n aftr u do so add a lil shimmer !! i thnk ul luk awesum ... use a gel mascara n steel-aluminium type eyeliner (liquid/ not pencil) this combination will makeyaa nothng less than a NE HOLLY ACTRESS !! trust me.... try it once with a soft colour lipgloss n blush ur cheek bone with lite brown rouge n shimmer !! !!!!!!!
