How do I put on light blue eyeshadow with silver glitter?

Blue eyeshadow is not a sin, it actually can look very flattering. Now are you talking about the eyeshadow having the glitter in it, or two separate things? If it is the separate, I would just do the shadow on the eyelid and have some silver glitter below. I find that using artist paintbrushes are really nice, either that or use a Q-tip to apply the glitter. If you're really wanting to go for a bold look, I would also apply glitter in the crease at the top of the lid...it creates a great effect.





Now if it is a shadow with the silver glitter, I would first use your brush to tap on a little bit on the eyelid, and then brush it on the outside corner (like a smokey eye of sorts).How do I put on light blue eyeshadow with silver glitter?
Put on the whole silver colour on the whole eye lid





then use a flat brush and make a line where u open your eyes %26amp; there r a line in between

put the shadow on your out eye lid this way it opens your eyes up more make it all the way to your brow and line the line where your lashes are and lighty go into the creese of your inner lower lid in to creese
never wear blue eyeshadow......ewe.....its like a cardinal sin....
