How do i wear a light blue pearl eyeshadow?

I have sephora brands iced sky blue pearl eyeshadow, but i dont wear eyeshadow very much.

should i wear it with another color or by itself or what?How do i wear a light blue pearl eyeshadow?
Depending on you eye color, there are three simple days to do it.





Just use blue on your lid.





Put a White/Silver shadow on your brow bone, a darker blue, brown, or maybe a dark purple in your contour ( In the line between your lid and brow bone ) and then use blue on you lid.





Or Do the same as above, but use a light brown color slightly lighter than your skin tone for a more natural, everyday look.
