i really wanna wear dark blue eyeshadow or really dark blue eyeliner how do i that?!How to wear blue eyeshadow and eyeliner?
like, apply it? well first, it depends on your eye color. dark blue might not go with your skin tone and eye color but either way, heres how:





take the eye shadow applyer with eye shadow on it and apply right above your eyelid. you can take picture of people with makeup on to see how much you want.





for eyeliner, pull your bottom eyelid down. eyeliner sticks are better than pencils. then, trace your eyelid. its not that hard.

Hello i work for Clinique A cosmetic counter in Macy's i would recommend that you wear a lighter color blue with a dark color blue liner or wear a dark color as a shadow with an electric or lighter color blue liner but i would want to tell you that you would want to choose one or the other because the two blue might be to strong. good luck and you can always stop by Clinique or any other counter in the mall to ask if they could show you how and teach you how to apply it!
be sure to blend it. Brown and blue look really pretty together if you have blue eyes. Maybe a brown liner with a a blue shadow. Just don't get the dark blue above that crease in your lid. That jacks the whole look up IMO.
