Probably something bright would look nice. Any colour really looks fine with blue eyeshadow.

I think pale or nude lips look best with blues. Whenever I wear blue, I usually use a very pale pink or nice nude gloss.
i love blue eyeshadow but only if you don`t cake it on anyway make sure to match it with a blue or white shirt and no lipstick just a nude gloss
Definitly a light shimmery pink but not too light or you will look washed out, just something suddle and sparkly!
my be u can try lipstick MAC , code scanty AB 2, or cream De la fame, + u can mix whit with lip gloss ,or pink lip gloss,or u can to try nude lip ,please try cherish from MAC...
If your going to emphasise your eyes with blue eyeshadow DONT wear lipstick unless it is a soft pink or nude colour.


If you wear dramatic eye makekup + dramatic lip makeup it just turns out looking like a clown.


So go for a soft shade of lipstick or better yet, wear lipgloss.
