How do I apply blue eyeshadow?

So everyone says that blue doesn't look good on anyone, but I have seen lots of people that make it work. So I'm wondering how I can apply blue eyeshadow, without looking like a clown with dark circles, to my brown eyes. Or is it best to just stay away and let the blue eyed people have blue shadow?How do I apply blue eyeshadow?

If you don't want a very obviously ';made up'; look, use a pale shade of blue shadow and take it just above the crease on your eyelid. If you want a more dramatic look, use a darker blue and line the top lid with black. To balance this look out, make your lips a shade lighter than natural - either taking foundation over them and then using gloss, or finding a lightly colored lipstick.
I have hazel eyes and they look great in blue shadow!





It doesn't matter so much the shade of blue, but what makeup you wear with it. To me, blue eyeshadow makes a statement. So skip liner but do use mascara. Go easy on the blush and do a nude-colored lipstick. Make the eyes pop, and keep the rest minimal.

Google it. They say that blue eyeshadow looks good on brown eyes.


Wear thin black eyeliner on the bottom and on the top and of course mascara.


Use light pink blush and lipstick/lipgloss. It will look nice.


Or u could use peach blush and lip gloss.





Don't put the eyeshadow all over ur eye, but only on ur eyelid and just where the crease starts.
Use a brush and a primer. Blend it out with a color that is slightly darker than your skin color
