I want a dark blue eyeshadow that does not look too blue or too black?

any ideas. I have been successfully wearing black eyeshadow but I want something more indigo...I bought L'oreal HIP in Magnetic but it's more black than blue.I want a dark blue eyeshadow that does not look too blue or too black?
I would go with MAC's Deep Truth, or the dark side of the Sea/Sky mineralized eyeshadow. It looks royal blue in the pan, but it goes on a dark, inky blue.I want a dark blue eyeshadow that does not look too blue or too black?

I think Cream Mousse eyeshadows do a better job in blending colors.

It's a nice bright but dark blue.
